aLUMNI CONNECTIONS
A great resource for connecting with fellow Warriors is the Facebook group Aloha Alumni and Community.
Every year on the Go Warriors! Aloha High School Opportunity Fund YouTube Channel and on all the Facebook pages we compile and publish a class reunion schedule with contact information. The YouTube channel also has links to known active AHS channels such as Aloha Living Concerts and The Aloha High School Film program and more.
Homecoming all alumni reunion
We are looking to continue this alumni event during Homecoming week every year. This year's event was exciting! It was great to meet staff, see students perform, find out what's new with the school and socialize! It's also a unique opportunity to support the school by coming out and showing interest. We had gathering spots for each decade and do have some interest areas as well so it possible to meet with common memories and interests across decades e.g. Jim Barlow and other former staff even if you don't know each other.
Do talk to your friends and family so we can grow the event!
Donation Opportunities
Aloha High School has a set of funds established by alumni called the Go Warriors! AHS Opportunity Funds. It is made up of an investment fund and a current/term fund. Gifts can be used any time when given to the current fund or invested into the endowment fund where earnings are distributed annually. We partnered with the Beaverton Education Foundation who takes care of accounting, donor relations, investing, and reporting. Every year earnings are distributed to the Go Warriors! Alumni Board who awards funds to school requests which meet certain criteria.
The awards are made for the benefit of student groups (8 or more) with seed money and fund optional class activities in a wide range of areas. The fund pools resources of all alumni classes and the Aloha community to encourage initiative, planning, problem solving, project execution and delivery. It is used to stimulate student interest in academic, career and personal development.
There are several gift giving options to either the Go Warriors! Opportunity Endowment or Current Fund. All methods below ask for donor info such as graduation class to credit each class for their gifts. Note: Using BEF monthly reports class totals are published quarterly on Facebook and periodically on the Go Warriors! Opportunity Fund web page.

Aloha alumni and community outside of Go Warriors! Opportunity Funds criteria have supported select group requests in separate efforts such as the 2023 Dance team competition and extended needs for 2023 Boys soccer.
