Please attend all of your senior meetings.  Important information is shared at these meetings.

• November 18–December 2 – Place your Jostens orders online.
   
• November 29 – Jostens will be onsite to take your orders.
   
• December 16 – Senior portraits, baby adds, senior quotes are due.  Any questions, please see Ms. Maier in E6 or E11 or email ahsyearbook@outlook.com
   
• February 15 @ 10 am -  Senior meeting in the Auditorium.
   
• March 4 – Graduation speaker applications available in the counseling office.
   
• April 3 – Graduation “draft” speeches due.
   
• April 10 – Graduation speaker auditions.
   
• April 15 @ 10 am – Senior meeting in the Auditorium.
   
• April 19 – Jostens will be here both lunches for cap/gown distribution.
   
• May 6-17 – AP Exams
   
• May 7 @ 10 am – Senior meeting in the Auditorium.
   
• May 9 – Jostens follow up visit to fulfill cap/gown/tassle orders & distribution.
   
• May 11 – PROM @ The Melody Ballroom.
   
• May 23 @ 9:30 am– Last senior meeting/Required graduation practice.  Seniors meet in the Auditorium.  Attendance is required.
   
• May 29 – Last day to turn in proof of completed outside credits.
   
• June 3 - Senior Checkout forms available in the counseling office.  See Ms. McMillen if you have questions.
   
• June 3-6 - Senior Checkout forms are due this week.  You will receive 8 tickets upon completion of the Senior Checkout form.  Please have your student ID available.  Forms can be turned in before school, during lunches and after school until 3:00 PM.
   
• June 5 – Seniors last day of academic classes.
   
• June 5 - Final decision for location of graduation ceremony.
  • Plan A “Good weather/OUTSIDE”: Ceremony will be held in the Warrior Stadium.  Graduates arrive @ 5:30 pm in the AHS Commons.
  • Plan B “Bad weather/INSIDE”: Ceremony will be held in the AHS Main Gym.  Graduates arrive @ 5:30 pm near the E Hall entrance.
     
• June 6 @ 6:30 am - Senior breakfast in the AHS commons.
   
• June 6 @ 7:45 am - REQUIRED graduation practice in the AHS auditorium (required in order to participate in the graduation ceremony).
   
•  June 6 @ 10:00 am – Senior assembly in the AHS gymnasium.
   
• June 7 - Graduation Ceremony @ 6:30 pm

  • Plan B “Bad weather/INSIDE”: Ceremony will be held in the AHS Main Gym.  Graduates arrive @ 5:30 pm near the E Hall entrance.
     
• June 7 – Class of 2023 Grad Party sponsored by the AHS Graduation committee.  More details to come.
