Principal's Message
Welcome to Aloha High School's home on the web. On this site you can begin to discover what makes the Warrior community so special. If you're in a position to be selecting a high school, come visit us. We would love to have you join the family.
Achieving our 50th year of excellence in 2017, Aloha is one of the six comprehensive high schools within the Beaverton School District. Our 1700 students make up the most diverse student body in the district as we serve the students and families from Aloha-Huber Park K-8 and both Mountain View and Meadow Park Middle Schools.
First and foremost, we are committed to providing a rigorous and relevant academic experience for all our students. We offer 23 Advanced Placement (AP) courses from which to choose as well as 11 courses offering Dual Credit opportunities, earning both high school and college credit at the same time. This means that Aloha High School graduates have numerous opportunities to earn college credit before ever walking across the stage at graduation. Complementing these programs are our rich Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in Computer Science, Drafting, Auto Tech, Construction, Early Childhood Education, Business & Marketing and Film. We are in a unique position to offer every student a wide-ranging set of experiences and preparing them for post-high school success, regardless of the path they choose.
In addition, Aloha High School is a proud AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) school. AVID's mission is to close the opportunity and achievement gap by preparing all students for college and a career. The AVID culture and systems align perfectly with our Aloha mission. We are committed to ensuring every student succeeds and we will provide the additional supports and build the 'Ohana (family) culture that sets our AVID students on a path to college success.
As with any great school, our academic, artistic and athletic excellence lies with our teachers, support staff, advisors and coaches. Our staff is committed and caring. We work hard for each and every student and we're proud of what we have to offer.
Go Warriors!
